Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ('Client', 'User', or 'You') and Anirix Studio. By accessing our website, engaging our agency services, or executing a Statement of Work (SOW), you agree to be bound by these terms.
Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
Upon full and final settlement of all project invoices, Anirix Studio fully assigns and transfers all intellectual property rights to the complete source code, custom deliverables, and commercial resources created for the project, granting the client full and unreserved ownership.
Client Responsibilities & Project Delivery
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, necessary API credentials, content assets, and design approvals during project lifecycles. Delays in client feedback may adjust projected delivery milestones. All project deliverables undergo a structured staging and QA review period prior to production deployment.
Prohibited Activities & Misuse
Users and clients are strictly prohibited from reverse-engineering proprietary Anirix Studio tools, attempting unauthorized access to our internal staging servers, uploading malicious code, or utilizing our deliverables for unlawful commercial or competitive activities.
Project Cancellation and Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice if the opposing party commits a material breach. Upon termination, the client is invoiced for all completed milestones, billable hours accrued, and third-party expenses incurred up to the effective termination date.
Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
Anirix Studio's total aggregate liability for any claims arising under service agreements shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project phase in question. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable commercial jurisdiction laws.
